Lauren & Chris’s Wedding at Chandler Hill Vineyards

Nestled in the hills of Defiance, Missouri, Chandler Hill Vineyards set the scene for Lauren and Chris’s effortlessly romantic wedding. With sweeping vineyard views, fireworks, and a live performance by Diamond Empire Band, their big day was a stunning blend of natural beauty and unforgettable celebration. Lightwave Event Artists joined us to capture every heartfelt moment, from golden-hour vows to a packed dance floor under the stars.

A Scenic Ceremony Overlooking the Vines

The evening began with a heartfelt ceremony on the venue’s deck, just as the sun began to dip behind the hills. Andy and Phil from our team performed live prelude and ceremony music, including a processional to “Somewhere Beyond the Sea” and the bride’s entrance to The Beatles’ “I’ve Just Seen a Face.” With views of the vineyard behind them, Lauren and Chris exchanged vows surrounded by loved ones before exiting to the joyful tune of “Your Love Keeps Lifting Me Higher” by Jackie Wilson.

Cocktail Hour + Sunset Views

Guests transitioned to cocktail hour as the rest of the Diamond Empire Band finished setting up on the covered patio deck. A trio of our musicians provided the perfect backdrop of laid-back tunes while guests enjoyed appetizers, wine, and sunset views from the rooftop.

Meanwhile, Lightwave Event Artists captured candid moments, golden light, and the energy leading into the reception.

Reception at Chandler Hill Vineyards

The reception kicked off with a grand entrance as the newlyweds were introduced as Mr. and Mrs. Butler to cheers and applause. After heartfelt toasts and a blessing, guests enjoyed a vineyard-inspired dinner inside the venue. As night fell, Lauren and Chris shared their first dance, setting the tone for what was to come.
